Each residence is fully designed and priced with its homesite. Reserve before groundbreaking and the finishes are yours to choose with our design team.

Both proposed homes meet The Grove’s standards: at least 80% brick or masonry, main roofs at a 9/12 pitch or steeper, and 3,500 square feet or more of living space. Homes shown are artist renderings.

Reserve early and choose the finishes with our design team: tile, lighting, cabinetry and the details that make a house your home.
Every plan starts from The Grove’s covenants. We prepare the Architectural Review submission and the permits for you.
